Best Together

Both Experiences, One Seamless Night

Ritchie runs the music while the booth captures the candid, laughing, unposed moments — the ones your guests actually want to keep. One vendor, one team, one night that runs itself.

What it is

DJ + Photo Booth Experience

Our most-booked experience. The DJ side runs the music — MC work, first dance, announcements, crowd-reading all night. The booth runs the memories — a studio setup that catches the group shots, the funny faces, and the moments no one else is photographing. Because it's one team, one timeline, one invoice: no two vendors fighting for the loading dock, no two people showing up at different times, no two things to pay for.

How it works

The DJ + Booth experience, step by step

1Step 01

One inquiry covers everything

You tell us about the event, we check availability, quote the combined experience, and keep everything in one place.

2Step 02

One planning session

One detailed consultation before your event covers the music, the booth, the timeline and everything else. We coordinate with the venue and your other vendors so nothing double-books.

3Step 03

Two features, one seamless night

We run the DJ side and the booth side simultaneously because it's one team. You watch the party, not the logistics.

Other Fiesta Flow experiences

Each of these is standalone — or combined into one seamless night.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your wedding DJ, answered.

Why bundle the two instead of booking separately?
Scheduling, setup, and breakdown happen in one coordinated flow instead of two. You get one point of contact, one invoice, and one team that has already seen the room and planned around it. For weddings specifically it's the most-booked combo we offer.
What areas do you cover for the combined package?
Based in Portland, willing to travel. Standard coverage is Metro Portland — Beaverton, Gresham, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Vancouver, WA — with travel available throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.
Does the DJ also run the booth?
We run them as one team. Ritchie keeps the music going while our booth attendant keeps the booth running, restocking prints and keeping the line moving. Your dance floor doesn't stop.
Is it worth doing both for a smaller event?
Often yes. Even for a milestone birthday or corporate offsite, a well-run booth turns into the favorite part of the night. Tell us the size of the headcount and we'll tell you honestly whether the two together make sense.
How early should we book the combined package?
Weddings, peak season: 8–12 months out. Corporate and milestone events: 2–3 months out is usually comfortable. If we're already held on your date for one service, we can usually extend to both — ask early.
Do you do multi-day events?
Yes. Wedding weekends with a rehearsal dinner plus a wedding reception plus an afterparty is our bread-and-butter. Multiple nights get their own timeline and quote.
How do I check dates and get a quote?
Reach out with your date, location and rough guest count. Ritchie responds with a quote for either service, both, or whichever fits.

Ready to lock the date in?

Every event is a little different. Tell us the date, location and what you're imagining — we'll send a straightforward quote.
